We are a wellness studio based in Laverton, Victoria offering personal training, small group classes, nutritionist consultations, massage and beauty services.

For as little as $21 per week, you can attend unlimited yoga, barre, pilates, boxing, HIIT and bootcamp classes with one of our passionate trainers here at Personal Transformations.

Alongside our regular classes we offer pop-up workshops, specialty classes and challenges, working with you to promote your health and fitness in a way that works with your lifestyle.

We have cost-effective training packages that combine both personal training and class memberships tailored to your unique requirements and schedules, on terms that suit you.

We don’t offer short term solutions or quick fixes – they don’t work. What we offer is an inclusive environment, full of laughter (and sweat…) that makes you want to come back – the exercise part is less daunting when you’re surrounded by members just like you. We know this because we work with real bodies and real people, who have struggled with anything from addictions to weight loss to losing motivation – and we help them to get back their health and wellbeing. As a bonus, we are just off the freeway, in a central location only five minutes’ drive from Point Cook, Williams Landing & Altona Meadows. With plenty of parking less than 20m from our building, and a short walk to Aircraft or Laverton Train Stations – our studio is perfectly located for those of you located in the western suburbs including:

As part of the Personal Transformations experience, you will get to know the trainers, instructors, coaches, members and owners – all of whom will be on hand to check in with you to ensure you’re on track.  We offer an active Facebook group forum where members can socialise and chat about their successes and struggles, building real connections and reinforcing positive behaviours and habits.
