Our Timetable

All of our classes run for 45 mins to 1 hour 15 mins. Please allow 5-10 minutes before arriving to a class and bring a bottle of water and towel with you. If you are late, it is at the discretion of the instructor as to whether you will be permitted into a class. Please contact the studio if you are running late, but still intend to come to class. We welcome your kids into the studio for all classes, except for Yin yoga, as this is a relaxation class and we want to limit disruption to a minimum for all our students. Bookings are essential for us to keep class sizes manageable and enjoyable for all. We look forward to seeing you in soon!

Classes Available

Yin Yoga

Yin is a traditional style of yoga, that was developed in India. It incorporates the breathing with long hold poses, to improve energy flow through the bodies meridians. It’s the perfect class to unwind in and improve flexibility. This class has become a student favorite at our studio and is the ultimate compliment to all the hard training and fast paced lifestyle we live.

Power Flow

Move through your poses and postures with grace and flow. Develop flexibility and strength that cannot be obtained from your regular exercise routine. Use this time to focus on yourself and learn to incorporate your breathing into your movements. If you want something a little tougher than your regular yoga class? There’s a class for you! We add weights and resistance bands to your traditional poses and incorporate the breath to improve performance and get your sweating! The perfect blend of intensity and yoga.

Barre

Barre is a beautiful blend of pilates and ballet, incorporating yoga breathing. Perfect for building and toning smaller muscle groups and developing a stronger core. A low impact work-out, almost anyone can participate and feel the benefits of this amazing class. We are now offering some variations of our favorite barre style, with the introduction of cardio barre and barlates.

Cardio Barre

Cardio barre is an intensity based class that is a blend of yoga and barre, getting the heart rate up and bringing the cardio into your barre class. It’s an express class of 45 minutes, to allow for maximum results, with little impact on your joints. Great as a weight loss option, if that is what you’re looking for.

Barlates

Barlates is a strong blend of barre and pilates, with a combination of standing and floor work. This class is the perfect toning and strengthening class, which leaves no muscle un-worked. Suitable for anyone, but may not be ideal for beginners to exercise, as the class is 1hr 15mins and is designed for complete body work.

Pilates

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s for the purpose of rehabilitation. Until this day, many physiotherapists and personal trainers utilise these techniques to encourage clients to build strength in areas of weakness and is a great way to restabilise muscles after injury or pregnancy. We are not currently offering any pilates classes, but a barlates class is a great option instead, as it uses a lot of pilates principles.

Boxing

The perfect way to get all the frustration of a bad day out of your system or to just improve your fitness! This class will help you drop some extra kilos and tone up quickly! Our instructors are all passionate about their craft and work hard to improve your skills technically. Suitable for any fitness level, no more excuses not to come along!

Bootcamp

No more excuses this year! Lets get our sweat on! Bootcamp is designed for high intensity to build strength, fitness and tone up bodies. This class is a little tougher than some others, but this is how we burn calories and drop those extra kilos.
