Function & Conditioning

What is the purpose of having big muscles if they aren’t used for anything? Building muscle for functionality is a hot topic and we are right there in the thick of it!

A typical initial 60-minute consultation consists of:

  • Lifestyle assessment
  • Goal setting
  • Measurements and photos
  • Fitness testing
  • Body type assessment
  • Diet and Nutrition planning
  • Program design

Investment: $60

A typical 45-minute session consists of:

  • Working one-on-one with your coach
  • Custom designed training plan
  • Goal reviews

Investment: $59 per week on a Direct Debit plan.

The more sessions you sign up for, the cheaper each session gets.

​ A combination membership consists of:

  • 1 x 45-minute personal training session per week
  • Unlimited classes

Investment: $87 per week on a Direct Debit plan.
